Shakespeare the Catholic Sympathiser

One of our honorary vice-presidents, Clare, Countess of Oxford & Asquith, has written before on Shakepeare’s Catholic sympathies.

Lady Asquith has recently advanced a new reading of the Rape of Lucretia, in light of Catholic persecution. You can read more about it on the Telegraph’s website here.
